Welcome to our free exercise planner (you'll find it BELOW these instructions). Plan your activity the smart way on your diet and you will be sure of hitting your weight loss goals. Use our Exercise diary planner in conjunction with our BMR and our Calorie calculator (on the left of the planner)

Planner Instructions

First, establish your goals and decide how many extra calories you need to burn through exercise, by using our Progress Planner, then input the number of extra calories you want to burn in the very first lilac colored box below.

Next plan your exercise using our Calorie calculator (on the left of the planner) and input each of your chosen activities into the lilac boxes in the Exercise Diary Planner below. It will automatically calculate how close to your goal your chosen activities will take you, letting you plan more or less exercise depending on how many calories you want to burn. Remember 3500 = 1lb of fat
