Diet Soda May Not Help You Lose Weight

Drinking diet soda may not be helping you lose weight
In fact, scientists at the University of Texas found people who drink had a higher risk of obesity........

 


They say for every can of diet soda consumed each day, a person's risk of obesity went up 41-percent.

However, scientists say this study does not prove that diet soda causes obesity. They say many people drink diet sodas to justify eating fattier foods.

The study is in the International Journal of Obesity.
