Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure to help assess if you're at a healthy weight and if weight loss is necessary. It can calculate the amount of fat your body consists of and help you decide what is a healthy weight for you.

Women: If your Body Mass Index is 27.3 or higher, you are defined as overweight.
Men: If your Body Mass Index is 27.8 or higher, you are defined as overweight.
